The forum was devoted to the topical issues of doing and developing business during the war, prospects of cooperation between the state and entrepreneurs. The main mission is to create an effective environment for building a sustainable business under martial law.

In addition, the event contributed to comprehensive assistance to relocated enterprises and organizations in resuming production processes and providing services in new territories with minimal loss of economic potential, as well as building a modern platform for networking of market players and professional discussions on topical issues of concern to business and communities.

The event also included an exhibition of relocated enterprises and franchise business, Startup Expo – an exhibition of Ukrainian startups and Business Expo – an expo exhibition of key enterprises of the region and the country.

The organizer of this year’s forum – the Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Regional Military Administration – received more than 50 applications to participate in the Startup Alley, from which it selected about 20 teams, mostly hardware startups. Each of them, as part of the forum, had the opportunity of networking and pitching for government and business representatives, mass media and all interested parties.

The audience of the event included representatives of the domestic investment market and a wide variety of foreign grant organizations: the International Labor Organization, the International Organization for Migration, the United Nations Intergovernmental Organization, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

In partnership with the organizer of the event, the Ukrainian Startup Fund invited startups to the event, which was responded to by startups from almost all of Ukraine, forming a powerful startup delegation.
