DATA & COOKIES POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT FUND (“Fund”, “we”, “our”, “us”) welcomes you! This Data & Cookies Policy (“Policy”) regulates the use of web pages located at the link: https://usf.com.ua/ and administered by the INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT FUND (“Web Portal”) and also explains how we collect, use and protect the data we receive from you as a result of using the Web portal.

We use the data to operate and improve the Web Portal. By using the Web Portal, you agree to the collection and use of data by this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms of Use.

If you do not agree (or cannot agree) with the provisions of the Policy, then you are not entitled to use the Web Portal, but please notify us of this in any way provided for in clause 16 of the Policy. 2. DEFINITION

PERSONAL DATA – information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for this Policy’s purposes and the purposes for which the data is used.

We also store Usage Data for internal analytics purposes. Usage Data is generally kept for a very short period, except when it is necessary to strengthen the security of the Web Portal and/or to improve the functionality of the Web Portal, or if we are required to keep it due to legal requirements.

6. DATA TRANSFER

Data are stored and processed on the territory of Ukraine. Your data may be transferred to and stored on devices located outside of your country or jurisdiction, and therefore some data laws may differ.

Your acceptance of this Policy and/or use of the Web Portal confirms to consent to such data transfer.

(1) Upon a legal requirement or a requirement of law enforcement agencies.

  • our employees;
  • Ministry of Finance of Ukraine;
  • Members of the Supervisory Board, Selection Comission and experts of the Fund;
  • to third parties who provide us with services to improve the Web Portal.

The security of your data is important to us, but please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We will take all possible measures to ensure the security of your data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

We guarantee you the opportunity to change, correct, delete and limit the use of your Personal Data.

The Fund guarantees you the following rights:

  1. the right to access, change and delete data about you that we hold;
  2. the right to rectification. You have the right to have data corrected if such data is inaccurate or incomplete;
  3. right to object. You have the right to object to any processing of your data by the Fund;
  4. Right to Restrictions. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data;
  5. right to data portability. You have the right to receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable and generally accepted format;
  6. right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time;

Please note that we may ask you to identify yourself to exercise the rights listed above. Please note that without some data you will not be able to use the Web portal efficiently and effectively.

You have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are violating your rights. But in any case, we will be grateful if you contact us first.

10. THIRD PARTIES

We may engage third parties to process your data and provide related services.

Such third parties may access your data solely to perform the tasks we set before them and are under the obligation not to disclose your data or use it for any other purpose.

11. ANALYTICS

We may use third-party services to monitor and analyze the use of the Web Portal.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that monitors and reports on Web Portal traffic. Google uses the collected data to track and control the use of our web portal. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

13. USE OF THE WEB PORTAL BY MINORS

The web portal is only intended for access and use by persons fourteen years of age or older. By using the Web Portal, you represent and warrant that you are over fourteen years of age and that you have the full scope of civil legal capacity and legal capacity to commit acts using the Web Portal. If you are under fourteen years of age, you are prohibited from using the Web Portal.
