The largest Ukrainian delegation of startups in history attended the Web Summit 2022 in Lisbon: Results of the event

Web Summit 2022, the world's largest technology conference, was held in Lisbon from November 1 to 4 and gathered more than 71,000 visitors from 160 countries, more than 2,000 startups and more than 900 speakers, including representatives of the world's largest companies: Apple, Google, Amazon , OpenSea, Microsoft.     This year, Ukraine was represented at the Web Summit for the second time and, despite the war, by the largest delegation of Ukrainian startups in history (24 teams). These startups were selected by a professional jury in August 2022 at a special WebSummit 2022 Pitch Day:

The Ukrainian Tech Ecosystem pavilion was in the center of attention and was memorable with a rich program. In particular, more than 20 master classes and presentations, hundreds of meetings with investors, funds and organizations from all over the world, as well as a two-day pitching of 40 Ukrainian startups to investors and conference visitors were held as part of the Ukrainian stand. A special event was the visit of the first lady Olena Zelenska, who supported the Ukrainian delegation and from the main stage of the conference emphasized the importance of developing the innovative ecosystem of our country and appealed to the participants to support Ukraine.
