JKR Investment Group is an investment partner of PITCH DAY

JKR Investment Group has become an official partner of PITCH DAY by the Ukrainian Startup Fund. The purpose of the partnership is to increase attention to Ukrainian startups and promote them among potential investors. In addition, representatives of the investment fund will provide free mentoring sessions to those winners of PITCH DAY, in which areas they have expertise.

«We are sincerely grateful that the Ukrainian Startup Fund has chosen us as a partner. USF has become a real magnet and forge for domestic startups. It is very nice to see how the government agency has become an angel fund of the international level. I would also like to note the effectiveness of the Fund. More and more Ukrainian startups that have been selected by the USF and received grant assistance are developing and attracting funds from investment funds. Financial support for startups by the state is the best way to promote entrepreneurship spirit and movement among Ukrainians. Becoming a partner of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, JKR Investment Group will support the Fund’s initiatives and provide expert and mentoring support to startups. Our common goal is to help develop Ukrainian startups, promote entrepreneurship and change the country for the better», commented Arkady Vershebenyuk, a venture partner at JKR Investment Group.

JKR Investment Group helps ambitious startups and growing companies to scale and build profitable businesses, using in-depth industry expertise and a wide network.

Target sectors:  tech entertainment, digital marketing, content generation, sports data analysis, mobility, edtech, and medtech.

According to Pavlo Kartashov, CEO of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, PR is no less important for young startup teams than grants. «In the fund, we have already witnessed situations when some startups even refused our funding due to attracting investment after impressive pitches. This is a good sign and that is why we want to deepen this area of work», he added, talking about the preconditions of this initiative.
