UNIVERSITY STARTUP WORLD CUP
The Ukrainian Startup Fund and Venture Cup with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, YEP, Academ.City, 1991 Accelerator, Inscience, and Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration announce the beginning of selecting Ukrainian student startups for participation in the “University Startup World Cup.”
The best university-impact startups worldwide will come together to network, learn and pitch! Based on the selection results, the winner will receive a place on the Venture Cup stage in Denmark to present their project, compete for the title of “Best University Startup in the World,” and receive a monetary reward for developing their project.

IMPACT STUDENT STARTUPS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SELECTION PROCESS:
- Be part of a startup with two co-founders (preferred but not required), and at least one is affiliated with the university (or a graduate within two years).
- Startup seeks to influence the world.
- Stage – early stages.
- The project must be presented in English.
During the preparation for the Demo Day, the finalist team will have the opportunity to participate in an online boot camp with powerful speakers, receive one-on-one advice from leading industry experts, and prepare for the final pitch on the international stage.
STAGES OF SELECTION:
- Application deadline: June 11, 2023.
- Determination of the finalist: June 15, 2023.
- Final: September 13-14, 2023, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
