NORDEEP SUMMIT
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund and YEP startup accelerator with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy Program announce the start of the selection of 6 deep-tech startups to the first Ukrainian delegation to the Nordic Deep Tech Business Summit, which will take place on October 11-12 in Espoo, Finland!
NORDEEP is the first and only European conference focused on deep-tech. Each year, the conference brings together more than 1500 startups, researchers, institutions, media and investors interested in the field to connect science and business. It is a two-day event focused on the business and commercialization of deep technologies in Europe. The focus is on quality networking and opening up opportunities for collaboration between academia, the private sector, and the public sector.
The first Ukrainian delegation to NORDEEP Summit is organized with the support of USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine.

Application deadline for participation in the competition: August 31, 2023.
The selection of startups for the final pitching will take place on September 6 at 15:00.
THE STARTUP MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- An early-stage deep-tech startup registered and operating in Ukraine, positioning themselves as Ukrainian;
- A working prototype has been developed;
- Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 5 or higher;
- Great market potential (ready to attract investments and / or launching the pilot project).
The organizers of the delegation provide ticket to the conference, startup booth in the expo zone for 1 day of the conference, transfer from Warsaw or Krakow to Helsinki, accommodation in Finland for startup representative.
SELECTION STAGES:
- Filling out an application about your product/service;
- Checking for compliance with the terms of the competition;
- Participation in the Pitch and presentation of the startup to the jury;
- Selection of 6 teams based on the results of the jury’s evaluation and invitation to join the Ukrainian delegation to the Nordic Deep Tech Business Summit.
