Development of innovative ecosystems in the energy sector: PolicyLab by Wennovate
On October 4, within the framework of the European grant project Wennovate, a PolicyLab event dedicated to the development of innovative ecosystems in the energy sector was held. The meeting was moderated by the Ukrainian project partners: Nataliia Harashchenko, representative of the Kyiv Academic University, and Olena Voroshylova, representative of the Ukrainian Startup Fund.
The event presented the achievements and current results of the project. The participants heard a report on the activities of the working groups that worked on the “Proposals for the Action Plan for the Development of Innovation Ecosystems in Ukraine to Ensure the Energy Transition”.
The practical part of the event included teamwork, where the proposals of the working groups to prepare the Wennovate Plan and Joint Action Program were discussed and evaluated. Participants also developed a roadmap for the implementation of these initiatives.
PolicyLab has become an important platform for substantive discussion of models of stakeholder interaction, studying existing challenges and developing solutions to overcome them. The vibrant discussion and active cooperation of the participants helped to formulate a clear action plan that will be presented towards the end of this year.
