We support ideas that shape the future!

The Ukrainian Startup Fund (officially known as the Innovation Development Fund) is a state institution that helps innovative projects and tech startups raise funds at the early stages and launch their own projects. The Fund is a driver of the startup ecosystem, provides conditions for the growth of the sector, creates a positive investment image of Ukraine’s tech industry abroad, and represents Ukrainian innovative solutions around the world.

It was established in 2018 at the initiative of the Minister of Finance of Ukraine. Since 2023, it has been managed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Our team believes in the potential of your ideas and is ready to help strengthen the ecosystem of Ukraine!
