On August 19 – Pitch Day of Ukrainian startups to participate in the largest technological conference in the world – Web Summit 2022 (Portugal)

On August 19, the Pitch Day of Ukrainian startups will be held to participate in the largest technology conference in the world – Web Summit 2022.

Web Summit is the largest technology conference in the world. The event brings together more than 70,000 visitors – representatives of the technology industry from all over the world (founders and leading experts from global companies and the most promising startups, investors and leading journalists, full of new ideas and fresh perspectives).

The annual international IT conference – WebSummit2022 – will be held from November 1-4, 2022 in Lisbon, Portugal.

This year, the Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF) with the Global Innovation through Science and Technology initiative (GIST) are organizing the largest delegation of startups in history.

24 startups were pre-selected by experts according to the established participation criteria. They will compete for the opportunity to become part of the Ukrainian delegation and present their product on the international stage:

• – UBOS is a cloud-native platform that speeds up and simplifies the software development lifecycle and helps our clients be engaged in business, not in solving technical issues. UBOS technology makes business operations simple and fast.
• – REleaf is the world’s first manufacturer of sustainable paper from fallen leaves. The Mission of Releaf Paper is manufacturing of sustainable paper from biowastes without harming the environment.
• – Jiffsy  is a no-code frontend platform for e-commerce with AI recommendations to launch an engaging storefront in a few clicks and increase sales by 20%.
• – Logos – the application “EQ: Emotional Intelligence” is intended for the formation of a sustainable skill in the user: managing own emotions, ability to produce your own desired resource emotional states, influence the emotions of other people.
• – Revizion is a comprehensive feedback and NPS (Net Promoter Score) service that provides detailed analytics of the service in numbers, graphs, dashboards, for a complete understanding of the situation and its prompt solution.
• – PeopleForce is all-In-one HRM software that helps businesses of all sizes integrate and optimize the most important processes in the area of talent management. It is a one centralized solution to streamline HR processes at every stage of the employee life cycle.
• – Сhoice31 is a Ukrainian educational startup that position ourselves as an online university of modern knowledge. Choice31 is a part of the Ukrainian holding Netpeak Group.
• – i3 Engineering is an innovative company in the fields of Smart Home and Automation solutions manufacturing. This product is a complete solution for Smart Home projects and business’s automation, which consists of the controllers mounted on a DIN-rail, software and mobile application.
• – Liki24 is a tech startup in the pharma retail industry that connects more than 1 million customers, thousands of pharmacies, pharma producers and insurers in the single ecosystem. The mission of Liki24 is to make pharma products more affordable with a great delivery experience for everyone.
• – BannerBoo is the simplest way to create, manage, and publish animated and video ads for social media and ad platforms, all without any coding. BannerBoo helps to decrease banner production time, store campaigns in clouds and update them in real-time, collaborate better using teamwork functionality, and reduce days into minutes.
• – KYCAID – Provider of KYC and AML compliance services, with main focus to online onboarding and verification of the client. Main services are document verification, biometrical verification, liveness check and database screening.
• – SkinnerAI — start-up in the field of Computer vision and Synthetic Data. Skinner provides data generation for business clients, robotics, healthcare, military, virtual reality, metaverse, and autonomous vehicles
• – Lookerz is a SaaS solution for Fashion enterprise, which generates real time outfits, tags and similar items for Fashion eCommerce powered by ML without stylists.
• – MISU is a health monitoring system & smart device which makes analysis of your health and gives you and with help of special algorithms builds a prediction before the onset of person’s critical situation.
• – Keiki helps parents to raise & develop their child by creating mobile & web products to boost child’s creativity, problem-solving skills, attentiveness, improve fine motor skills, and develop other essential skills in a safe and child friendly environment.
• – Adminix is a low-code workflow automation platform designed to help companies reduce time building and deploying custom process automations to the cloud, cut server costs using serverless technology, and allow non-technical people and developers to work efficiently alongside.
• – LabsArena is an online platform that lets researchers and manufacturers to search, share and sale scientific equipment, consumables and services.
• – SCOPO helps create and distribute estimates efficiently and increases the closing rate of deals. The main target audience is IT Software development providers or basically every mid/large B2B tech-savvy business that makes complicated estimates for their clients.
• – Awesomic is a platform that matches awesome companies with cosmic designers and delivers design results in 24 hours.
• – Birb is a map-first rentals browser in London and Kyiv. The app makes flat renting more of an adventure and less of a nightmare.
• – StanPass is a platform helping music artists and venues turn an audience into engaged superfans in a gamified way. Artists create gamified quests, and fans who score the biggest score have a chance to win an NFT pass, which unlocks the rewards from the artists. It could be merch, backstage access, listening party, etc.
• – Trustee Global is a platform for storing, exchanging, buying and selling crypto from bank cards. Includes crypto neobank Trustee Plus and vault Trustee Wallet.
• – DeHealth – AI & Medical Data – Based Mobile App, a decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to securely and autonomously store their medical data in one storage, share, manage and monetize it using the DHLT token, supporting their health while selling their anonymized data.
• – Dooozen develops sales automation software, web application and Chrome Extension that allows sales and marketing managers to automate their outreach sales campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.

24 startup teams will receive free booth and entrance tickets to the WebSummit2022, and the USF‘s partner GIST will additionally provide financial support (to cover travel and accommodation costs) for 8 selected startups based on the results of the Pitch Day.

Also, the Fund’s partners – Idealers. Creative marketing agency, Flyer One Ventures, UNIT.City, Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration – will select startup teams and additionally award them special prizes.
