UFS with state support
On 1 January 2023, the Ukrainian Startup Fund was transferred to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation was established in September 2019. Its goal is to transform Ukraine into a digital state. The key project of the Ministry is the Diia ecosystem, which consists of a mobile application, a portal and other services. Within Diia, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched the world’s first digital passport, which is a complete analogue of a regular passport, the fastest business registration, a comprehensive service for parents called eBaby, and many other services. Another important project is Diia.City, a unique legal and tax space for IT companies. After Russia’s full-scale invasion, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is waging the world’s first digital war against the aggressor.
