Open Day for Ukrainian USF Startups in Partnership with Amazon Web Services: Event results

On September 12, a one-day intensive course for Ukrainian startups was held – Open Day for Ukrainian USF Startups in Partnership with AWS.

The goal of the event was to inform Ukrainian startups and entrepreneurs about the possibilities of using AWS tools for the development of innovative business.

During the 4-hour course, about 90 registered course participants had the opportunity to listen to lectures by Amazon Web Services experts about current trends in the innovation industry, best practices in the development of technological projects, successful cases from startups, etc.

For more than two years, the Ukrainian Startup Fund has been closely cooperating with Amazon Web Services to develop and build the innovative ecosystem of Ukraine by providing with a host of benefits, including AWS credits, AWS support plan credits, and architecture guidance to help grow your business. By receiving grant support from the Fund, Ukrainian startups can implement AWS support in the amount of up to $100,000!

Also, AWS regularly supports the organization of USF events, for example, Science&Business Startup Hackathon, etc.

During the event, it was announced that as part of the new Dual-Use Grant Support Program, AWS will also provide $25,000 in cloud service loans to all startups that are selected and receive funding from USF.
