Digital Future is an investment partner of PITCH DAY

Digital Future, a venture capital firm, has become an official partner of PITCH DAY from the Ukrainian Startup Fund. The aim of the partnership is to increase attention to Ukrainian startups and promote them among potential investors.

«We have been investing in technology and fast-growing companies at the initial and early stages for 8 years. Last year we had 5 exits with good returns and 7 new deals. Ukrainian startups are directly part of our business interests. I see great potential in this, so we are happy to support our technological ecosystem both in our experience and financially. I’d really like Ukraine to be included in the global agenda of the global technological ecosystem. And if Digital Future can contribute to this story, then the partnership with USF is a logical realization of this goal», Oleksiy Vitchenko, the founder of Digital Future, commented on the beginning of cooperation.

Digital Future is a leading Ukraine-born venture capital firm that invests in international tech and fast-growing companies at seed and early-stage. The main criteria for investment are a business model that scales in the US and EU markets, a motivated team, and global ambitions.

Since its launch in 2014, the firm has had 31 portfolio companies and 7 exits, with average check transactions ranging from $ 50,000 to $ 350,000. The fund has a variety of interests, from B2B SaaS and marketplace models to AI products and recent interest in Digital Healthcare. Digital Future also deals with M&A deals and is usually an investment tool for a group of IT companies, creating online businesses.

Investments: BeLive, Let’s Enhance, Petcube, PromoRepublic, Reply.io, Salo, Serpstat, SignaLayer, Softcube, SplitMetrics, YouAppi, YouTeam.

Exits: Mobify (Jeapie), Friendlydata, Coureon, Preply, Attendify, SOC Prime, and Rallyware.

According to Pavlo Kartashov, CEO of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, PR is no less important for young startup teams than grants. «In the fund we have already witnessed situations when some startups even refused our funding due to attracting investment after impressive pitches. This is a good sign and that is why we want to deepen this area of work», he added, talking about the preconditions of this initiative.
