The Ukrainian Startup Fund will hold the 34th Pitch Day

The Ukrainian Startup Fund will conduct the 34th selection of startups for public funding. 11 teams at the seed stage will present their projects. Each claims for a $50,000 grant. Pitch Day will take place on the 26th of November in the online format.

«We continue a series of online pitches and first of all, I want to note the increasing number of cases, when our teams show the increase – from pre-seed to seed stage, which we can see this time too», CEO of the Ukrainian Startup Fund Pavlo Kartashov comments the announcement.
What startups will we see?
- Librarius. Thousands of the best books are always with you (Kyiv).
- Streetball App. A mobile application to find basketball courts and partners nearby for the organization of a simple game (Kyiv).
- Aquarius. A vending machine for making delicious drinking water (Lviv).
- VermiDim – Dobrobud. A module for processing food and organic waste, directly on the places of their formation, without the need for transportation to municipal landfills (Kherson).
- MISU. A mobile app and smart device which monitors people’s health 247 and prevents critical moments and critical conditions before they happen (Rivne).
- AR Warriors. A multiplayer augmented reality game that will take children away from the couch (Dnipro).
- BloggerMall. ML-powered influencer marketing platform (Kyiv).
- Advicera. An AI-based startup advisor for founders from developing ecosystems (Kyiv).
- Upbau. A price comparison engine for the building materials market. This lets buyers compare pricing from multiple merchants on a single page with one click and choose the best supplier from the recommended list (Kyiv).
- Recoshelf. Smart cameras for efficient sales of retail (Kyiv).
- AssayMe. A personal Wellness & Health Assistant enables one to monitor health conditions and prevent potential medical problems through a simple, at-home, self-administered urine test, as well it`s a comprehensive tool for Telehealth (New York).

Special prizes
Also, special prizes will be awarded to the teams participating in the pitch from the partners of the Ukrainian Startup Fund: UNIT.City, Unit School of Business, and iHUB.
The UNIT.City prize is 3 months for the winning team in the newest coworking space NEST on the territory of the innovation park plus access to its infrastructure.
The prize from Unit School of Business is to award one startup selected by USB representatives with a scholarship for free education at their school for entrepreneurs.
The prize from iHUB is to reward a team selected by iHUB representatives for three months of free use of their workplaces. In the future, the startup founders can be iHUB residents with a 50% discount for 6 months if they wish.

The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a state fund launched on the initiative of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The mission of the fund is to promote the creation and development of technological startups in the early stages (pre-seed and seed), in order to increase their global competitiveness. The process of selecting startups for grants takes place on a competitive basis: companies are evaluated and elected by the board of independent investment experts.
The Fund constantly accepts and evaluates applications from Ukrainian startups. Pitch Days are regular events from the Ukrainian Startup Fund, which encourage innovative companies and individual specialists, developers to receive funds for the implementation of their ideas.
UNIT.City is Ukraine’s first innovation park. Unit School of Business. Business school for entrepreneurs and their teams at the UNIT.City innovation center.
