Startup 101: Preparing to raise your first institutional investment round, is a candid talk on everything to do with your first institutional fundraise: we’ll be talking through how to ‘get your house in order’, what a VC is likely to request from the off, understanding key legal concepts (and all that jargon), and thinking through your ‘deal breaker’ terms before you step into that pitch room.
This event is hosted by Life+ Collective, (a community for founders building consumer products that enrich people’s daily lives) and MJ Hudson Law’s venture capital practice (experts on how to scale effectively and efficiently).
