Startup 101: How to Sell/How to Utilize a Mentor
Come learn some essential skills for your startup venture:
How to Sell with Mike Roberts!
- Come and learn the art of selling from Mike Roberts, a Senior Vice President at Teknor Apex, who has experience selling technical products for approaching 20 years in many industries, with the most experience in the medical, electrical, and automotive industries.

How to Utilize a Mentor, with Laura and Dan!
- Come and learn how to make the most out of a Mentor relationship with Laura Bierema, Expert in executive coaching from our own Mary Frances Early College of Education, and Dan Geller, Assistant Director at the Startup Program running our Startup Mentor program.
We will have a brief networking session at the beginning of the event to help everyone get to know some of the other poeple involved in the startup scene at UGA and in Athens!
Expect each of the session to run for 30-45 minutes, with time for questions from the audience! Please remember to use the chat function to notify the moderators if you have a question you want to ask the presenters!
