Pre-Seed Funding in Florida
In this interactive webinar, we will focus on pre-seed funding and Seedfunders, Florida’sprimary source for pre-seed funding.
Seedfunders Partners will dive into the application process, due diligence round, and how to best prepare for it. We will then wrap it up with a review of current initiatives, including our Opportunity Fund, which is open to Black Entrepreneurs, and how Seedfunders is supporting the community.
You will walk away with a clear checklist of what’s required of businesses in the pre-seed funding stage and the business documents you’ll need to complete the application process and prepare for due diligence.
As meetings have been moved online, the speakers will also talk about the impact of COVID-19 on the due diligence process, how investors have adjusted, and how founders can best prepare for it.
