Introduction to Lean Startup
Thomas Edison tried to make a light bulb over 1,000 before he found a way that worked. When asked how he felt about failing so often, he said “I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.”
Born in Silicon Valley, Lean Startup is the methodology used throughout the tech sector to build all of the brands you’ve come to love in the last ten years. In this interactive session, participants will learn about the three cornerstone methodologies that make up Lean Startup, key concepts from each methodology and apply them to their projects and businesses.
This is a great starting point for people who are new to Lean Startup or feel like they may not quite know enough about it to feel comfortable using it to build their next venture.
