About Josh Moser

Josh Moser is a Partner at Petri, where he focuses on investments in sustainability, food, and ag. Previously, he worked on several early-stage ventures, one of which was a stealth company in the sustainable food space and the other was Phylagen, Inc., a venture-backed biotech company commercializing various applications of the environmental microbiome. As Chief of Staff at Phylagen, he played an integral role in capital formation (including a $14M Series A, venture debt facility, and multiple seed financings) as well as corporate strategy. Prior to joining Phylagen, Josh worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he executed transactions with a focus in the renewable energy space. Josh holds a BA from Amherst College in Economics and Environmental Studies.
