Jay Ashcroft is the COO of Birmingham Tech and a scaleup advisor to Seed to Series A startups across the UK. Jay has worked in a number of high-growth startups and helped raise over £20m in venture capital. Most notable, Jay was Growth Manager at Arbor Education, a SaaS platform that successfully broke into Capita’s education monopoly to become the #1 market challenger.
