Employment Law: Specific Guidance for Growing Modern Companies

Shane Costelloe is an Associate Solicitor with Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors and is head of their Employment Team in Cork. Shane joined Holmes O’Malley Sexton in 2012. Shane is a graduate of UCD and Smurfit Business School. Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors was established in 1970 and employs 150 people across four offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and London. He will give an introduction and analysis of three recently relevant topics within employment law which are of importance to management teams including (1) HR Policies and Procedures (2) The Gig Economy and (3) a bonus topic looking at Covid-19 for employers.
