Access to capital for international founders

Many international startups with unicorn aspirations are trying to break into the U.S. market. We’ll be talking about access to capital in the U.S. for foreign entrepreneurs, including equity and loans, as well as alternative options such as crowdfunding and government plans.

Foreign founders with successful U.S. businesses will join the conversation, along with experienced investors, who are open to international startups.

Marvin closed over 414 deals, and a third of them with founders outside of the U.S. Marvin is a former partner at 500 Startups. Previously, he was an executive at Yahoo for over a decade. Check out his article for The Vertical.

Kaspar Tiri, Co-founder @Wolf3D

The co-founder of Wolf3D, a firm that creates personal avatars for the virtual world, Kaspar Tiri has appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Technology 2019 ranking. The startup’s customers include Tencent, HTC, Vodafone, Wargaming, and Huawei.
