The USF team is looking for a project manager who is ready to take responsibility for projects from start to finish and help startups conquer the international arena!
We invite you to join the implementation of cool projects (international delegations and representation of Ukraine on the world stage, hackathons, bootcamps, grant programs, and European initiatives) together with an incredible team!
Responsibilities
01
Coordination of team work, tracking the status of the project and task progress;

Organizing and conducting events;
03
Improving existing processes, projects and programs;
04
Preparation of project documentation (writing technical tasks, documents) and project plan;
05
Identification of necessary resources and distribution of processes within the team.
Requirements
01
Complete higher education (education in management or administration will be an advantage);
02
Experience in international projects and/or working with startups will be an advantage;
03
Understanding of the basic principles of the startup ecosystem;
04
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
05
Experience in planning, designing, and developing long-term and multi-tasking projects;
06
Attentiveness, responsibility, multitasking, ability to work in a team;
07
High level of English (B2+);
08
Independence, analytical mindset, ability to build communication.
