Finalists of the Farmak HealthTech Race program
In February 2024, the Ukrainian Startup Fund and Farmak launched the Farmak HealthTech Race acceleration program. Thanks to the program, developers in the field of medical technology had the opportunity to attract investment and advice from top industry experts.
After a competitive selection process and compliance procedures, two startup teams were selected as finalists of the program:
- InTempo is a mobile app focused on preventing panic attacks and anxiety. The project combines music therapy with an innovative approach to user interaction with the device. Every decision on the design of InTempo was based on consultations with musicians, psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as existing research on the effects of music and rhythm on human physiology.
- Medvoice is a scientific and educational service that provides doctors with up-to-date knowledge and the opportunity to learn from recognized global experts. The service allows lecturers from all over the world to communicate with their students in real time; doctors can ask questions openly, both online and offline.
Both projects received offers for further cooperation. Farmak is currently continuing to work with the teams independently, conducting additional testing and assessing their potential. We wish the teams a successful piloting and are pleased with the successful implementation of the joint initiative within the framework of the Corporate Innovation Program of the Fund.
