The USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and Ukrainian Startup Fund with the support of UVCA, invites Ukrainian startups to apply for participation in the Consumer Electronics Show 2025!

CES in numbers: over 138,000 attendees, 1,442 startups in Eureka Park, and 4,321 exhibitors. Every year, CES becomes the meeting place for leading innovators, tech leaders, media, influencers, visionaries, and potential customers from around the world. It is a unique space where ideas are born, deals are made, and the future of technology is shaped.
The event will take place on January 7-10 in Las Vegas, USA.

As part of the participation in Consumer Electronics Show 2025, up to 10 selected startups will receive a spot in the Expo Zone, entry tickets for representatives, and participation in delegation activities, side events, and meetings with government and tech organization representatives.
The organizers of the delegation cover the expenses of one company representative for participation in the conference, flight, accommodation and travel insurance.
Startups that meet the following requirements are invited to apply:
- Must be registered in Ukraine as a legal entity (including sole proprietors) and operate in Ukraine, or, in the case of operating on behalf of a company registered in another jurisdiction, have the majority of their team based in Ukraine (officially employed);
- Position themselves as a Ukrainian startup, which must be reflected on the startup’s website, social media accounts, and public digital platforms for finding investors/partners (Dealbook, Crunchbase, etc.);
- The majority of founders must be Ukrainian citizens;
- Minimum development stage: having a working prototype or industrial sample, initial sales in Ukraine, pre-orders, or pilot projects with domestic clients, or the startup is testing new markets;
- Develop a technological solution in any of the categories listed on the CES website;
- Have at least one team member with fluency in English;
- Meet the criteria for participation in the Eureka Park exhibition hall. Preference will be given to applicants participating in the Consumer Electronics Show for the first time;
- Having a valid US entry visa (B1/B2 or other categories) will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
- Mandatory requirement: Physically present your solution during the exhibition in the form of a functioning prototype, experimental or industrial sample, or a 100% ready product. A large-scale detailed model that demonstrates all features and capabilities of the solution is also allowed.
SELECTION TIMELINE
- Application submission: 07.10.2024 – 27.10.204
- Status update on the USF portal: by 05.11.2024
- Online Pitch Day, where the delegation will be selected: by 20.11.2024.
