NEXUS 2050
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in Belgium, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, the Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, Luxinnovation in partnership with the European consortium Seeds of Bravery, TechUkraine and the Nazovni platform announce the start of the selection of Ukrainian startups to participate in Nexus 2050!
Nexus 2050 is a new technology event that will take place on 26-27 June in Luxembourg. The target industries of Nexus 2050 are artificial intelligence, sustainability, cybersecurity, financial technology, and talent acquisition and development.
The event aims to combine environmental and digital transformation to harness technology for the benefit of governments, organisations and corporations, helping them to implement strategies to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.

Startups that meet the following criteria are invited to participate:
- Are at the Pre-seed or Seed stages;
- Have traction, customers, and attracted investments;
- Have a developed working prototype (for hardware startups);
- Registered and operating in Ukraine, positioning themselves as Ukrainian (which should be indicated on all publicly available resources, including Crunchbase).
Priority will be given to:
- startups that have participated no more than twice in delegations organised with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ukrainian Startup Fund in 2023;
- startups founded by women;
- startups whose representatives are located in Europe or have the ability to travel abroad.
SELECTION STEPS:
- Filling in the application form;
- Checking for compliance with the terms of the competition;
- Selection of up to 20 startups by the Nexus 2050 organisers and invitation to join the Ukrainian delegation to Nexus 2050.
As part of the participation in Nexus 2050, the delegation organisers will provide 2 tickets to the conference for startup representatives, as well as a stand in the exhibition area. In addition, during the event, Ukrainian startups will be provided with matchmaking services to meet representatives of the Luxembourg and European ecosystem.
Travel and accommodation costs for the delegation members will not be covered.
