STARTUP NIGHTS 2023
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund and the Ukrainian-Swiss Business Association (USBA) invite Ukrainian startups to compete for the right to represent Ukraine as part of the national delegation at the largest Swiss event for startups and technologies – Startup Nights 2023, taking place on 2-3 November in Winterthur, Switzerland!
Startup Nights is the largest event in Switzerland that brings the entire startup ecosystem together in one place every year and draws international attention to the startups that are shaping the future with their innovations.
As the startup scene grows, so does the Startup Nights conference, which from a couple of hundred visitors in 2017 has already welcomed 8000 visitors in 2022, and this year aims to attract even more innovators from around the world!

The application deadline is 10 August 2023.
THE STARTUP MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Have traction, customers and attracted investments;
- Be registered and operate in Ukraine, positioning itself as Ukrainian (this should be indicated on the website and on all public resources such as Crunchbase);
- Be ready to partially cover the costs of travel to the conference venue and accommodation during the conference.
Priority is given to startups with hardware solutions and products that can be presented at the exhibition.
The organisers of the delegation provide a ticket for one or two representatives from each startup, which includes participation in the Startup Nights program and a stand for 8 Ukrainian startups, as well as participation of the selected teams in the delegation’s activities, meetings with investment funds, government officials, accelerators, incubators and other technology organisations. Travel and accommodation costs will be partially covered by sponsors, which will be announced separately.
SELECTION STAGES:
- Filling out an application about your product / service;
- Checking for compliance with the terms of the competition;
- Participation in the Pitch and presentation of the startup to the jury;
- Selection of 8 teams based on the results of the jury’s evaluation and invitation to join the Ukrainian delegation to Startup Nights 2023.
