USF and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv are organizing the first in Ukraine Bootcamp with a focus on innovations in the food industry and healthcare – “Food and Health Innovation in Ukraine”

The Ukrainian Startup Fund, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Science Park of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, together with EIT Food and EIT HEI Initiative, organise “Food and Health Innovation in Ukraine” Bootcamp, the first in Ukraine Bootcamp with a focus on innovations in the food industry and healthcare.

The event will take place on November 18-19, 2022 in online format.

This is a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the key trends in the food and medical spheres from the leading market leaders, to find relevant business ideas for the development of their projects in the above areas and to address the urgent needs of Ukraine to help our country, what are the challenges in the above areas and how our market is already responding to them, as well as the importance of cooperation and partnership to scale innovations to have a tangible impact on our food system.

The goal of the Bootcamp is to create a platform for dialogue between the state, science, innovators and business; solving existing challenges in the market with the help of innovative solutions from the participants of the event; show how to take the first steps in creating and launching innovative projects in the food and medical fields.

We invite technology entrepreneurs, startups, students, postgraduates and graduates with their innovative solutions, technological products, modernised services or business models in the food and healthcare industry and all those who seek to gain new experience, knowledge and skills in key areas of startup activity, to join the “Food and Health Innovation in Ukraine” Bootcamp.

During the intensive “Food and Health Innovation in Ukraine” Bootcamp program, teams will receive:

  • Master classes in real time from leading experts in the field of innovation and investment;
  • Networking and communication with leading partners of the event, its participants and experts;
  • Access to a global network of mentors, partners, industry experts and startups;
  • Mentoring sessions from experts covering key areas of startup activity;
  • Practical advice from mentors to promote your own business;
  • Q&A sessions where startups can ask and analyze relevant questions.
