4YFN BARCELONA 2025
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Startup Fund, with the support of the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund and in partnership with the European consortium Seeds of Bravery, invite Ukrainian startups to join the national delegation for 4YFN 2025 in Spain!
Mobile World Congress (MWC) is the world's largest mobile industry exhibition, bringing together top experts, investors, corporations, and startups. Within its framework, 4YFN (4 Years From Now), a renowned startup event, will take place, where Ukraine will showcase its dedicated startup alley.
MWC in Numbers — over 100,000 attendees, 930 exhibitors, 1,000 investors and funds (VCs, CVCs), €50 billion in investment capital, and 2,000 startup founders on a single global platform for innovation.

WHY PARTICIPATE?
For Ukrainian startups, this is:
- Access to the global ecosystem of investors, corporations, and innovation partners.

As part of 4YFN 2025, up to 10 selected startups will receive: a dedicated space in the Expo Zone, passes for representatives, participation in delegation activities, side events, and meetings with representatives of the local tech ecosystem.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
👉🏻 A startup registered in Ukraine that identifies as Ukrainian.
👉🏻 A working prototype.
👉🏻 Technology readiness level (TRL) of 5 or higher.
👉🏻 Significant market potential (readiness to attract investments and/or implement pilot projects).
SELECTION STAGES:
- Completing an application on the USF portal.
- Verification of compliance with competition requirements.
- Participation in an online Pitch Day and presenting the startup to a panel of Ukrainian and international experts.
- Selection of up to 10 startups based on evaluations and invitation to join the Ukrainian delegation at 4YFN 2025.
SELECTION TIMELINE:
- Application submission: January 15–23, 2025
- Status update for applicants on the USF Portal: By January 27, 2025
- Online Pitch Day: By January 30, 2025
