Previously, Kelly built Pgeon, a courier company from ground zero. Pgeon, unlike other courier companies, built partnerships with retail chains to provide collection points for customers. Pgeon currently has the largest parcel collection network in Malaysia with 2000+ locations and managed to raise 10 million USD in September 2019 from Gobi Venture and AirAsia.
Her passion for the innovative startup scene started when she landed her first job in MaGIC where she worked as program manager to consult startups from various business stages. She has been very active in the startup scene since 2015.
