What do customers really think about your business or idea? This round table with David Chan and Ben Ravilious will help you ask the right questions and avoid lip service when seeking feedback.
Many first-time entrepreneurs ask prospective customers bad questions like “What do you think of my idea?” or “How much would you pay for it?”. Others hide behind surveys and questionnaires which often give the answers you want to hear whilst preventing genuine feedback.
This session is all about how to ask the sort of questions that give you real actionable data. Ideal for early stage startups or those who want to understand their existing customers better.
