Application deadline for participation in the competition: March 17, 2024. The selection of startups for the final pitching will take place on March 19, 2024.
THE STARTUP MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
An early-stage deep-tech startup registered and operating in Ukraine, positioning themselves as Ukrainian;
A working prototype has been developed;
Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 5 or higher;
Great market potential (ready to attract investments and / or launching the pilot project).
The organizers of the delegation provide ticket to the conference, startup booth in the expo zone for 1 day of the conference.

Filling out an application about your product/service;
Checking for compliance with the terms of the competition;
Participation in the Pitch and presentation of the startup to the jury;
Selection of 8 teams based on the results of the jury’s evaluation and invitation to join the Ukrainian delegation.
The language of the application and pitch deck is English. The application form can be found in your personal account on the Ukrainian Startup Fund portal in the “Partner Programs” section.
Make sure to register before March 4 for the Fifty Founders Battle, where you'll have the opportunity to speak on the TechChill main stage in front of investors and compete for €200,000 (syndicate investment prize) + €10,000 (no-strings-attached).
The organizers of the Trade Mission provide the participating teams with a separate equipped exhibition space at the joint Trade Mission stand, including entrance tickets for all team members, as well as participation in the delegation’s activities (pitch session, networking, etc.). Travel costs are not covered (but may be).
The participation of the Ukrainian delegation in the event is supported by the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine
To participate in the competition, you must apply by October 6, 2023 (inclusive).
THE STARTUP MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be registered and operate in Ukraine, positioning itself as Ukrainian (this should be indicated on the website and on all public resources such as Crunchbase);
2. Develop a product / solution in any of the technology categories listed on the CES website;
3. Have an English-speaking representative with excellent communication skills;
4. Be prepared to fully cover personal expenses in the USA during the exhibition;
5. Meet the Eureka Park exhibit hall eligibility criteria and apply to participate in the Consumer Electronics Show for the first time.
THE INNOVATIVE SOLUTION ITSELF MUST:
be presented at least in the form of a prototype or scale model;
have product, market and customer research and hypothesis testing;
get the first positive feedback from customers (focus groups).
SELECTION STAGES:
Filling out an application about your product / service;
Checking for compliance with the terms of the competition;
Participation in the Pitch and presentation of the startup to the jury;
Selection of 12 teams based on the results of the jury’s evaluation and invitation to join the Ukrainian delegation to Consumer Electronics Show 2024.
